I have lived all my life here in this vault. I have been a Shrine Keeper for most of those years.

Gordon is the keeper of a shrine dedicated to the Vault Dweller in Vault 13 in Fallout 2.

Background[edit | edit source]

A lean man in his forties, with soft, unweathered features, Gordon is the only Vault 13 inhabitant to remain in the Vault after the Enclave's assault. He was on a pilgrimage to the statue of the Dweller in Shady Sands and has returned shortly after the Enclave deployed a pack of deathclaws to the Vault. He has lived among them ever since, tending to the Shrine as he did all his life, and developing a very positive opinion of his new companions.

Interactions overview[edit | edit source]

This character has no special interactions.

Other interactions[edit | edit source]

  • Gordon is a flavor character, informing the Chosen One of the reverence Vault 13 dwellers feel towards their savior. He will be killed by the Enclave after the Chosen One fixes the main computer and leaves Vault 13. Unless the restoration patch is installed, of course. In that case, killing Schreber will save the Vault.
