Gretch is Doc Morbid's special assistant in Junktown in Fallout.

Background[edit | edit source]

A rotund midget, Gretch is a mentally challenged person used by Doc Morbid as a butcher, processing human meat in the basement of the hospital. He is responsible for preparing the meat for transport to Bob Frazier in the Hub, for sale as prime cut iguana-on-a-stick. [1]
