Haddock Cove is a location on the Island in 2287.
Background
This shantytown was scrapped together by Bray Husky and his crew from the wood and metal of the nearby houses. Touted as being impenetrable, the compound sat on the water with limited access from land and a clear view of the shore.[1] However, Husky failed to account for the sea creatures below. Braun noted that he saw something peering up at him through the baseboards when he was repairing them, but Husky paid the warning no mind, as Rowan would often hide in the water and jump out at him.[2] However, Braun's concerns were proven valid; attracted by the dead fish and chum, a pack of mirelurks recently burst up into the camp and slaughtered the crew.[3]
Layout
Haddock Cove is a series of crude structures on raised platforms over the water connected by plank walkways. Starting in the north, the single-story building above the destroyed boat contains a lookout post and a weapons workbench; Rowan's body may also be found under the building in or near the boat. Following the walkway to the southwest, the second single-story building features a sleeping bag. A separate lookout post is just to the west.
Continuing south along the walkway to a fork, straight ahead is a third lookout post and a short set of stairs connecting to land. The path east leads to the two-story third building. Following the walkway east again connects to the two-story fourth building, with Luke's body on the upper floor and a cooking stove and Braun's corpse on the lower floor. Proceeding north along the next walkway leads to the elevated single-story fifth building, which contains two beds, a sleeping bag, and Bray's body.
To the east on the shore is a three-story treehouse which is not connected to the platform structures. A bed is on the first floor, and a garden gnome stands lookout with a combat knife and sniper rifle on the top floor.

- Best Left Forgotten - Retrieving Memory 0Y-8K7D during this quest will trigger a miscellaneous quest to find a set of advanced armor hidden across three locations. The miscellaneous objective appears as "Find the Marine Combat Armor Shipments". One of the shipments is just west of Haddock Cove in the cabin of a sunken boat.
- Hull Breach - The Mariner suggests the Sole Survivor should travel to Haddock Cove to find mirelurks and collect their carapaces.
Appearances
Haddock Cove appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
Behind the scenes
The Husky Family at Haddock Cove is named after members of a professional wrestling faction in WWE called The Wyatt Family. Bray Husky is a combination of Bray Wyatt and Husky Harris, Luke is named after Luke Harper, Rowan is named after Erick Rowan, and Braun is named after Braun Strowman. These references were implemented by level designer Ryan Jenkins, who is a WWE fan.[4]
Bugs
Bray Husky's body will sometimes be missing. It can sometimes be found under the shack it was originally supposed to spawn in, or floating away from the area. [verified]
