Hannah Henry was a grandmother who witnessed one of the Boston food riots that took place in 2077.

She claimed to the Boston Bugle that the soldiers present in Roxbury had anything but order and liberty on their minds at the time of the incident. She explained how she was in line at the food bank and the soldiers were laughing, joking about who they wanted to shoot first.[1]
Although the window was broken by a civilian, it was clear they were looking forward to firing upon the civilians before anything provoked them to do so.[1]
