The hazardous material inspector was the person who discovered the illegal nuclear waste disposal occurring at the Mass Fusion containment shed in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
Background[]
On August 22, 2077, he arrived unannounced to check the operation at the Mass Fusion containment shed. The supervisor informed the security chief, Mr. Feld, who told them supervisor that if he caught on they needed to kill him, which they did. They disposed of the body in the pipe that carried nuclear waste into Lake Quannapowitt.[1] Already complicit in the illegal dumping, the supervisor was now also complicit in the conspiracy to commit murder, to which they expressed remorse.[2]
