Background[edit | edit source]
Henry Cooke is the bartender at the Colonial Taphouse, responsible for catering to the Stands' clientele and running the shadier enterprises in Diamond City. He has a long history in dealing with less-than-ethical characters and opportunities: He participated in the heist on Marowski's drug plant along with Paul Pembroke and Malcolm Latimer, while presently he funnels cheap drugs from Goodneighbor into Diamond City with Nelson Latimer (bypassing MacDonough's tariffs) and serves as an informant for the Institute, where he has given information on escaped synths in exchange for caps.
Unfortunately for his erstwhile partner, he's also taken a shine to Darcy Pembroke. Poor Paul is quite distraught.
