Herbert Clark Hoover
Herbert Clark Hoover (August 10, 1874 – October 20, 1964) was the thirty-first President of the United States of America.
Herbert Hoover came to political prominence by organizing humanitarian relief efforts in war-torn Europe following World War I and heading the United States Food Administration before and during the war. He served as President Coolidge's Secretary of Commerce before his election in 1928. His reputation as president is widely tarnished by the Great Depression from 1929 to around the 1940s and the inability of his economic programs to have any lasting effect on the depression.
Herbert Clark Hoover is mentioned only in Fallout: New Vegas.
