Horace Applebaum was an employee working at the Zion General Store in 2057.
Background
Horace managed the general store's inventory and handled ordering supplies. When an order of De-Luxe Mountain Man All-In-One Survival Kits had not yet arrived after three weeks, he wrote an email to Mandy at the shipping company to inquire about the delay.[1] He explained that the store had completely run out of the kits and they were needed as soon as possible, ahead of the beginning of summer tourist season.[1]
A month later, still having not received the order of survival kits, Horace instead received three crates of Dinky the Dinosaur(TM) Officially-Licensed Dino-Action Dolls.[2] He wrote a follow up email expressing his frustration to Mandy, stating that he was looking at a major financial loss even if he was able to sell the dino toys, and threatened to take his business elsewhere if the issues with the shipping department were not solved.[2]
Horace also corresponded with individuals who wished to pre-order items ahead of their planned visits to the canyon, such as Scoutmaster Mitchum, who ordered Li'l Scout lunchboxes ahead of a Independence Day scouting trip.[3] Horace confirmed receipt of the products and provided the customer with information on the days and hours of operation, to coordinate pick up upon their arrival to the park.[3]
