Fallout 3[]

A perk with three ranks, with each granting a flat five point increase to Unarmed Damage.

Fallout 4[]

The perk was expanded to five ranks, with each rank granting 20% increased damage, as opposed to the flat increase in the previous game. Higher ranks also grant improved benefits, such as a chance to disarm an enemy or cripple their limbs.

Fallout 76[]

For Fallout 76, the perk was reduced to three ranks once more, with the damage bonus being drastically decreased. A single rank of this perk was also planned for the game's now defunct Nuclear Winter battle royale mode, but was never actually implemented.

2D20 Iron Fist

The perk has two ranks, it allows for increased unarmed damage by means of rolling another die.

Behind the scenes[]

The perk is a reference to the fictional Marvel Comics character Iron Fist, who channels his chi in order to unleash powerful unarmed attacks.
