Jim Wilkins is a Vault 101 resident in Fallout 3.


A childhood friend of the Lone Wanderer, Jim was always a sociable, humorous fellow. During the uprising in Vault 101, he was gunned down by the Vault's security force, along with his sister, Janice.[1]
