Background[edit | edit source]
Joey was once a promising boy, according to Mom, but he has fallen in with the wrong crowd, becoming a thug and a drug dealer, travelling as far as New Reno. He stayed away from Mom's ever since, and she barely even remembers him anymore.
Though he puts on a tough guy act, he's still a kid deep inside. He recently took a a gold locket from a collapsed home inside the town, after crashing there for the night. By doing so, he has disturbed Anna Winslow's ghost, a fact that haunts him to this day.
