Kemp is the primary physician of Camp McCarran in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background

Direct and loyal, Kemp is in charge of the hospital set up at the concourse, but is will to work on anyone who comes in if they can pay for their treatment and supplies. Excepting people who are known to be troublemakers to the Republic, of course. He's usually stuck doing paperwork in the corner of the hospital, by the dirty windows overlooking the tarmac.
