King groupie are two groupies that follow The King that are living in Freeside, The King's School of Impersonation in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background

Essentially The King's personal prostitutes, the King groupies follow The King wherever he goes, most likely performing the same duties as the ones in the Gomorrah and the Atomic Wrangler Casino.
