Krupper is a super mutant prison guard in charge of the Mariposa Military Base cell block in Fallout.


Krupper is one of the brighter super mutants, capable of speaking in proper English and overseeing the candidates for dipping along with Flip.[1] He sticks to the rules and will not let anyone unauthorized into the cell block, even if they are Children.[2]
