Gametitle-VB.pngThe following is based on Van Buren and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

Kyle "the Hook" is the leader and founder of a raider gang called the Rusty Hooks in 2253.

Background[edit | edit source]

In 2252, Kyle founded the Rusty Hooks to raid the caravans that passed through Arizona. His merry band of men eventually found the Bloomfield missile base, and they've called it home ever since. Kyle is extremely manipulative: he has rigged Bear to a miniature bomb to keep him subservient, and beats Sid the techie often.
