Legionary blacksmith are blacksmiths working for Caesar's Legion in Fortification Hill in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[edit | edit source]
Legionary blacksmiths are in charge of maintaining and forging the Legion's weapons.
Locations[edit | edit source]
One of them is located near some tents, just after passing the Drawbridge when entering the Fort. He is sharpening a machete.
The other blacksmith is located just up bit further down the camp, behind Caesars tent going down a slope to the left side, near the weather monitoring station. He is hammering down on some small steel beams.
There are many blacksmiths in Legate Lanius' camp.

Drops on death
Notes[edit | edit source]
- The Machete that the blacksmith is holding appears to be much larger in length than other Machetes.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- If the blacksmith at the entrance to the main Fort area is killed, his body may later appear standing up, although dead (and dismembered depending on how you killed him). He can be missing any body part from his entire torso to his feet, even without his Legion armor should you remove it.
- The blacksmith's animation may become out of sync causing the spinning whetstone to show sparks, even though he hasn't placed the Machete on the whetstone.
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Legionary blacksmiths appear only in Fallout: New Vegas.
