Living Anatomy allows you to see the health and Damage Threshold of any target. It also gives you a +5% bonus to damage against humans and non-feral ghouls.

— In-game description, Fallout: New Vegas

Living Anatomy is a perk in Fallout: New Vegas.

Effect[edit | edit source]

+5% damage against humans and non-feral ghouls. Also displays the precise health and Damage Threshold of these targets.

Targets with long names, such as "Brotherhood of Steel Paladin", may overflow and push the HP and DT past the edge of the screen, making them unreadable. The perk also tracks overkill damage, so targets can display negative HP.
