I know how to fight with fists and feet. Think you can learn that?

Lucas (Standing Fist in unpatched games) is the chief warrior of Arroyo in Fallout 2.

Background[edit | edit source]

The most capable warrior in the village, Lucas leads the way in combat and trains others in the sweet science of pugilism.

Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]

Interactions overview[edit | edit source]

This character provides character bonuses.
  • Unarmed set at 40% (55% if skill is already above that threshold)

Bonuses[edit | edit source]

  • The player can receive substantial training in Unarmed, as long as their Agility is 6 or more. Lucas' training sets the skill at 40% if it is below that threshold, or 55% if above.

Other interactions[edit | edit source]

  • Lucas is the first opportunity to practice bartering: His bag of healing powder can be easily traded for a few radscorpion tails from the Temple. Be sure to attempt to do so before accepting his training otherwise you will lose the opportunity in dialogue. In which case, you will then have to resort to Stealing to acquire his healing powder.
