The marked cards are a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.

A deck of cards that have been marked, allowing an individual to cheat during a game.

The marked cards can be found in the Aerotech Office Park in Aerotech suite 200 in a desk.

In the G.E.C.K., marked cards have the Editor ID of 1ELoadedDice and use the script 1ELoadedDiceScript.
Bugs[]
When dropped, these cards float in the air and can even be jumped on, creating a step ladder which the player character could exploit. However, once dropped, the cards cannot be moved and will have to be taken again to move them. [verified]
