Marlene Glass (born November 3, 2077) was the daughter of Arlen and Cheryl Glass. Although she loved her father greatly, Arlen's preoccupation with his job has caused him to neglect her needs. Marlene tried to persuade her dad to come home, but the troubles with Wilson Atomatoys' apartment and the pressing need to produce prototypes kept him working, despite his daughter's insistence[1] and repeated visits at the company. Arlen even skipped his daughter's recital to focus on his work, promising to himself that he'd make it up to her later.[2]

He never got the chance. The Great War surprised Boston and both Marlene and her mother perished in the nuclear strike on Cambridge. Arlen was devastated, leaving a crater in his own soul, deeper than the one that ruined Cambridge.[3]

Marlene Glass is mentioned only in Fallout 4.

  3. The Sole Survivor: "What happened to them?" Arlen Glass: "We had an apartment, in Cambridge. I went to the office that morning, to try to talk to Marc again. When... when it all happened, I tried to get back, but the city was in chaos. By the time I got home... there was only a crater. I lay down in the ruins. I... I just wanted to die. Instead... I woke up like this." (Arlen Glass' dialogue)
