Martin is a recruit in Fallout Tactics.

One of Martin's ancestors used to run a software company in England, until it sank. Martin himself has inherited his ancestor's uncanny driving abilities, and when out of the car is very good at spotting and disarming traps.

This character is a recruit. They become available after the player reaches the rank of Junior Knight, and requires that the player helped the Quincy ghouls.
