Matsumoto was an employee at the H&H Tools factory before the Great War.
Background[]
In November 2053, Matsumoto approached Anthony House in a hallway, and asked him if he was alright. This furthered Anthony's paranoia, who believed Matsumoto had been turned against him by his brother Robert.[1]
