The Medic Perk will give you a one-time bonus of +20%/+10% to the First Aid and Doctor skills. Healing skills are a good thing.

Medic is a perk in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, and Fallout 4.

+20% to the First Aid and Doctor skills. Functionally useless (the purpose of perks is not to increase skills).

Fallout 4[edit | edit source]

The Medic perk increases both the speed and effectiveness of Stimpaks and RadAway.

This perk centers around improving stimpaks and RadAway.

  • Rank 1: A Stimpak restores 40% of lost health and a RadAway reduces 40% of accumulated radiation damage.
  • Rank 2: Effectiveness increased to 60%.
  • Rank 3: Effectiveness increased to 80%.
  • Rank 4: The fourth and final rank allows Stimpaks and RadAway to restore 100% of health, and reduce 100% of accumulated radiation damage, in addition to making both work much faster.
