Frank Weathers' family is a paper note in Fallout: New Vegas. It is added to the player's Pip-Boy inventory after talking to Frank Weathers, about freeing his family who are being held captive by Caesar's Legion at Cottonwood Cove.
Receiving this note will start the side quest Left My Heart.
