Background[edit | edit source]
Layout[edit | edit source]
A section of the elevated freeway southeast of Jamaica Plain has collapsed dead center between two supporting columns. Among the traffic wreckage are three infantry fighting vehicles and a green tractor-trailer. The truck and box trailer are on the lower level of the freeway. The trailer itself halfway dangling over the edge. Its door is open, a pallet sticks out allowing access. Inside are two shipping containers a barricade a barrel, a crate, and an empty pallet. Once past the endgame quest thing, this is where the end of dungeon trunk resides, behind the empty pallet.
The first two IFVs are at the break in the highway, one on the rubble pinned by the top roadway, and the other with its ramp down at the bottom of the rubble pile. Inside the latter is an inaccessible barrel and crate. The third IFV is in the ditch just south of the rubble. The ditch has since flooded, the IFV has sunk partially into the mud and is almost partially covered by water. Its ramp is also down, inside is a crate. Also within the pond are two relatively intact wrecks, a white sedan and a bubble sedan.
A partial suit of power armor, either a T-45, T-51, T-60, or X-01 stands erect facing north. Its helmet barely above the waterline. The pond itself has some wild tarberrys growing among the reeds on the southern and eastern sides. At the western side is the remains of a van; there are barrels in the pond, all of which are partially buried in the mud.
After the endgame this site will become a checkpoint for the chosen faction.
