Miller Family Radio Signal is a localized radio distress broadcast that can be tuned into throughout a portion of the Commonwealth, in Fallout 4.

A distress signal sent by John Miller's ham radio within the shelter. It has been broadcast ever since the shelter hermetically sealed behind the Millers after the Great War. This signal can be received once the dishes are extended at relay tower 0SC-527.

Chuck, John - Anyone out there: my family needs your help. We're trapped in our bunker. Big John's Salvage yard. Generator running the ventilation died and now the hatch - shut tight. Vacuum sealed. Please, someone...we're almost out of oxygen. The hatch is in the tipped train car. Please...start the generator. Kimmy...stay calm honey. Breathe slowly....that's it, slowly.
