Miss Kitty is a woman of stunning beauty, with a penchant for revealing dresses that emphasize her assets. Yet despite her attire, she appears professional and businesslike to customers thanks to her ethos. She runs Cat's Paw with a steady, competent hand, offering clients only the very best of carnal pleasures in New Reno... Perhaps even the entire wasteland. Her employees have to undergo rigorous training to control their natural reflexes (such as revulsion), undergo monthly health checks, and keep clean, steering away from Jet and other highly addictive substances.
Her business sense and ability to navigate the labyrinthine power structure of New Reno allowed her to keep Cat's Paw independent of any of the four families, or rather, providing services for all without being affiliated with any. Made men are provided with special services and discounts, while Miss Kitty provides specially trained girls for the families' purposes, be it talented escorts for Bishops pool parties or hardy ladies to take care of the lecherous Myron at the Stables.
It would be normal to assume that Miss Kitty is, therefore, a cold and ruthless person. However, she is caring, kind, and compassionate, extending a helping hand to those in need. Even if it's as little as offering shelter from the heat to mentally handicapped people.
Interactions with the player character
|This character is a pimp or prostitute and sells sex.||
|This character starts quests.|
|This character provides character bonuses.||
Temporary (1 hour):
- Cat's Paw's services offer a number of temporary, one hour bonuses. The problem is that these are not imparted by script, but by an item that Miss Kitty attempts to use on the player. If her path to the player is interrupted, she will not use the item, resulting in lost money. Unfortunately, she fails to reach the player most of the time.
- Deliver ten Cat's Paw magazines to Miss Kitty.: After Miss Kitty identifies the magazine, the player is asked to retrieve a grand total of ten. Doing so will result in the player receiving Cat's Paw issue no.5, which raised Energy Weapons.
- Player characters with 9 or more Charisma can attempt to ask Miss Kitty out for a date. However, she will decline, mentioning that they should come to her after finishing their task (defeating the Enclave). However, at this point, the option to date her is open to all non-stupid characters.

Behind the scenes
- Miss Kitty is most likely a reference to actress Amanda Blake, who owned a real "Cat House" (brothel) and starred as "Miss Kitty" in the show Gunsmoke, which was a western TV show that ran from 1952 to 1961.
Miss Kitty appears only in Fallout 2.
