Moore is a psyker kept in seclusion in the Los Angeles Vault beneath the Cathedral in Fallout.

Background[edit | edit source]

The scruffy loking Moore is a a pyrokinetic-dominant psyker.[1] He is a semi-successful experiment, as the FEV injection into his brain awakened his latent psionic potential, but also turned him insane. He is kept nullified and sequestered for the protection of himself and those around him.
