Behind the scenes[]
Mushroom Cloud recipe is featured in the Fallout Vault Dweller's Survival Guide.[1] A different recipe is included in The Vault Dweller's Official Cookbook.[2] A comprehensive recipe for Mushroom Cloud, called Meringue Mushrooms, is posted on Tim Cain's blog.[3]
Bugs[]
patch 1.2.0.31x, the recipe called for two piles of night stalker eggs. This is a quest item for Bleed Me Dry, and only one could be found in the entire game, preventing the recipe from being created. It has since been changed to require only one regular night stalker egg. [verified]
