I suppose it seems only right to say goodbye. I ought to know it's hopeless, but maybe one of my sisters is still out there, and I couldn't go without leaving some kind of farewell. Just know that I did everything I could. I tried, and I only wish that I could be the last to go, so I could have helped all the others before they met their own end.”— Log Entry #008
According to the logs found at the Germantown police headquarters, Nancy was in the area before the bombs fell. In the weeks following, (or months, the passage of time shown is not very accurate) many victims of radiation came for assistance from her and the others who had survived. Many under Nancy's command left after the war to try and get into a vault or find out if their families had survived. The National Guard came to help the people in the station frequently, but it proved as not enough to sustain the population. Many died, and Nancy waited until night to carry off the bodies. As the people continued to die, Nancy started losing her hair and skin. After a long passage of time, Nancy left, and her fate is unknown from there.
Nancy Kroydon is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
