The Nemean implant, also known as sub dermal armor, is a recurring element in the Fallout series which increases the player character's overall resistance to damage.

Van Buren

In the cancelled Fallout title Van Buren, a series of unfinished Enclave/Poseidon projects were planned to appear, one of them being the Nemean implants. These were available for science-oriented characters to complete.

Nemean Armor Implants

Nemean Armor Implants increase the subject's Ballistic and Hard DTs by 5. This implant adds 10 lbs. of weight to the subject's inventory permanently.

Nemean Armor Implants, Stg. II

Stage II Nemean Armor Implants increase the subject's Ballistic and Hard DTs by 10. This implant adds 15 lbs. of weight to the subject's inventory permanently.

Fallout: New Vegas

Nemean Sub-Dermal Armor

The Nemean Sub-Dermal Armor implant can be purchased for 8000 caps at the New Vegas Medical Clinic from Doctor Usanagi, a member of the Followers of the Apocalypse. It adds 4 points to your total Damage Threshold.
