The neural interface suit is a unique piece of clothing in the Fallout 3 add-on Operation: Anchorage.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

In appearance, the suit is identical to recon armor, except with a white and yellow coloration instead of the normal black and blue. It has a damage resistance of 3 and no stat effects. It can only be repaired by merchants. The suit must has to be worn in order to enter the Anchorage Reclamation simulation in the Outcast outpost.

Locations[edit | edit source]

Specialist Olin will give the player the neural interface suit when they agree to help the Brotherhood Outcasts with their endeavor to open the locked technology vault.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Once Operation: Anchorage is completed, you cannot enter the simulation again even if you are wearing the suit.
  • The neural interface suit is actually comprised internally of 2 suits, the one you get before the simulation weighs nothing (since it's a quest item) and is replaced by one that weighs 10 lbs when you exit the simulation. It is unknown why the developers chose to use two suits instead of just turning off the quest item flag for the first suit once you finished the simulation.
