Welcome to the New Vegas Medical Clinic. I'm a fully qualified physician and can fix whatever is wrong with you for a reasonable fee.

Usanagi

The New Vegas Medical Clinic is a Followers of the Apocalypse hospital in New Vegas in Fallout: New Vegas. It is located just outside the eastern gate of Crimson Caravan Company and south-southwest of the mole rat ranch.

Background

Dr. Usanagi oversees the day-to-day operation of this facility. Being a clinic run and operated by the Followers of the Apocalypse, everything is funded by the Followers as well. However, the Followers can't pay for everything and rely on charity to provide a lot of their low-cost services.[1] Besides clinical care, the Followers here also offer implant surgery to any well off denizen for a steep price.

Layout

The clinic has a simple layout. The entrance area is the reception, staffed by the good doctor and bodyguards, with the lecture room and surgery theater in the back. There's also a toilet for general use.

The implants available from Doctor Usanagi are:

The total number of implants that can be installed is equivalent to the player character's Endurance score. At 9, the player can install every available implant for a total sum of 48 000 caps.

Additionally, Doctor Usanagi sells medical supplies, restocking every 48 hours. She also offers a discount on supplies and adds magazines to the stock if the player has a high Followers of the Apocalypse reputation.
