Nomads is a term used to refer to the collective group of nomadic tribes inhabiting the Oregon/California border around 2241.
Background[edit | edit source]
The nomadic tribes inhabiting the northern reaches of North California are typically small communities that live a life of constant travel. They are generally peaceful people, but will not hesitate to defend their tribes with force. These nomads share little with other tribes of the region. A perfect example is the shaman, who is simply the tribe's skilled healer, able to use natural resources at his disposal to treat a variety of ailments, rather than a link to the supernatural realm, like in so many other tribes. Nomadic tribes are typically organized in simple way, subordinated to a tribal chief, who is dressed better than his fellow tribesmen and customarily offers peaceful visitors the shade of his tent.
Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]
- If encountered, the shaman can be talked to in order to receive healing and remove status effects. The chief may offer minor trading.
