The Nuka-World Red Rocket is a location and possible settlement in the exterior of Nuka-World in 2287. It is the only workshop settlement included in the Nuka-World add-on.

Layout[]

The Red Rocket is in the northeast section of the map, south of Bradberton and east of the Nuka-Cola bottling plant. The workbench cannot be used until either Power Play or Open Season is completed.

There is significantly more building space available in this settlement than in its Commonwealth counterpart. It is comparable in size to Sanctuary Hills or Starlight Drive In. The settlement area includes a vast field to the south with nine raised furrows that can be used to plant crops, and a small pool of water next to the road to the west that can support three standard water purifiers.

Notes[]

  • After Power Play is completed, activating the workbench will prompt the player character to assign the location to one of the two remaining gangs. Once assigned, four members of the selected gang will immediately spawn at the location.
  • After Open Season is completed and power is restored to Nuka-World, activating the workbench will allow the player character to build a regular settlement. Restoring power is not required if that objective has not been given.
  • Unlike the settlements in Far Harbor and other add-ons, this settlement doesn't show connected supply lines to and from the Commonwealth or the Island on the map. However, the settlement does allow assigning settlers to supply lines that connect to the Commonwealth.
  • Settlers recruited here through the recruitment radio beacon after Open Season will be of the standard Commonwealth variety, and have no dialogue or other behavior related to Nuka-World. If the settlement is still working as an outpost, then the settlers will be members of the gang previously assigned to take over the outpost.
  • Scattered around the location are a few crops, including one gourd plant north of the building. Many are hidden among the brush and may be difficult to find.
  • Atop the Nuka-Cola bottle on the roof is a bird's nest containing a few human bones and a Nuka-Cola lunchbox.
  • An NPC battle will often spawn in the vicinity of the pool house just to the east.

Appearances[]

The Nuka-World Red Rocket appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
