Sparky is a non-hostile sentry bot found inside the Mobile Base Crawler in 2277.
Background
A Personal Automated Lackey (or P.A.L.) of Stiggs, Sparky is a loyal and obedient friend to Stiggs, exactly as he was programmed to be.[1]

It has a black paint job with red eye lighting, like most of the other robots in the crawler.
