Chaos in Zion is a side quest in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Honest Hearts.

Quick walkthrough
# Kill any quest character (Joshua Graham, Waking Cloud, White Bird, Follows-Chalk, or Daniel), or openly kill any Dead Horses or Sorrows tribal.

# Retrieve the Zion Canyon map from within the Sorrows Camp.

# Return to the Mojave Wasteland.

Detailed walkthrough
This quest begins when the Courier kills any storyline-essential character, or openly kills friendly tribals. The player is then required to travel to White Bird's Cave to retrieve the Zion Canyon Map, and instructed to travel back to the Southern passage, through which they can return to the Mojave Wasteland.

Notes
* It is not necessary to complete this quest. It is activated only if the player kills any of the listed non-player characters, in order to quickly complete the add-on.

* Triggering Chaos in Zion prevents the completion of any other quests and/or achievements/trophies in Honest Hearts.

* Completing this quest is the only known way to let White Legs respawn in Zion.

* Previously friendly tribal members may remain hostile and attack the players character on site.

* This quest can be triggered any time during any quest, including during either one of the two final quests. Killing Daniel or Joshua Graham after dealing with Salt-Upon-Wounds can automatically fail the final quest and force you to retrieve the map from White Bird's Cave.
