Palace guards are an elite Shi detachment protecting the San Francisco Steel Palace in Fallout 2.

Background

All Shi warriors are distinguished by their loose clothing and a look of wary boredom. However, Palace guardsmen are distinguished by their better training and access to top of the line weapons, necessary for protecting the Emperor and the top brass of the Shi Empire.
