Pass keys (also known as skeleton keys) are either keys that have been altered in such a way as to bypass the wards placed inside a warded lock, or cards that contains information necessary to open locks for a certain area. These miscellaneous items are used to open corresponding color doors in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.
