Characteristics

The suit of Aaron Kimball, President of the New California Republic. It does not provide any Damage Threshold, but does provide a bonus of +5 to Speech and can be repaired with pre-War businesswear or most light armor and pre-War clothing items with the Jury Rigging perk.

Locations

This outfit can be looted from Kimball's body if he dies in the quest You'll Know It When It Happens, or when killed in Arizona Killer.

Notes

• This suit does not disguise one as a member of the NCR.
• The female grimy pre-War businesswear outfit is a variant of President Kimball's suit.
