Dr. Preston is the doctor of Rivet City in Fallout 3..
Born in 2227, Preston is a kind old man well liked and respected among Rivet City denizens. Much of it has to with the fact that he genuinely loves his work: Helping the injured and the sick. He is close friends with Janice Kaplinski, with whom he works closely from time to time. In fact, their relationship is best characterized as a father-daughter one. Preston often tries to motivate Janice to lighten up and interact with others more.
