Background
Sergeant Cooper is a squad leader based at Camp Forlorn Hope. His squad, with help from the Courier, assaults the Legion camp at Nelson during the Side Quest Restoring Hope.

Notes
- He will only appear during Restoring Hope, when the Courier needs to take back Nelson.
- The size of his attack force depends on the moral of the New California Republic troopers in Camp Forlorn Hope. You can increase moral by finishing the quests: Tags of Our Fallen, An Ear to the Ground, Medical Mystery, and by healing all the wounded troopers in the Camp Forlorn Hope medical center.
Bugs
- It is possible that he will get attacked and killed by the legionairies during the quest Restoring Hope.
