Quality Assurance is an unmarked quest in Fallout 4.

Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Shortly before the Great War, General Atomics International began manufacturing Ms. Nanny bots to help rear children around the household. The company's factory had a newly installed quality assurance wing to ensure their robots would be efficient to execute their household duties.

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

  1. Enter the quality assurance department in the southeast corner of the General Atomics factory's three tiered room.
  2. Enter the first room and turn off the radio to punish the child.
  3. Enter the next room and drop the large baby bottle into the crib, or place it in the test baby (teddy bear)'s inventory; both options satisfy the mock baby's cries for food.
  4. Enter the last room and remove all hazardous materials within reach of a child: this includes the machete in the fridge, the Abraxo cleaner from the end table, and the adjustable wrench from beneath the ottoman.
  5. Exit the room and collect your prize (three fusion cores) from the safe at the end of the hall.
