Rad-X is a chem in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4, Fallout 76, and Fallout Tactics.

Background

A potent anti-radiation medicine that bolsters the user's natural radiation resistance. Taking it prior to exposure is recommended, as it can greatly reduce irradiation, particularly when combined with advanced radiation suits.[1][2]
