Regi Blattaria is hostile character found at a ruined house to the west of the Corvega assembly plant in Lexington in Fallout 4.


Found amid a swarm of radroaches and glowing radroaches the ruins of a house, Regi will attack the player on sight.

Regi is always level 39, and so will not spawn unless the player is sufficiently high-level. Regi is also considered a legendary human enemy, and as such, he will automatically restore all of his health the first time his HP drops below 50%, and will also gain a damage and accuracy boost.
