Robert "Border" Briggs is one of the NCR personnel aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001 in 2253.

Background[edit | edit source]

Briggs was the man responsible for gassing Rico at Bloomfield Space Center.[1] Briggs and the 5th Engineering Company also blew up Burham Springs to decisively deal with the powerful powder gangs, almost killing Sparky in the process.[2]

Briggs has 0 Karma. Time and the player's influence on him, will tell whether he is bad or good.[1]
