Rufus is a Hub denizen who is playing the video game Cyberhood, Prince of the Matrix in 2161.

Background

This denizen of the Hub is entirely focused in playing his copy of the classic video game Cyberhood, Prince of the Matrix. In fact, one could argue it's an obsession.[1] One that has started a few rumors among the other denizens of the Hub.[2]

Appearances

Rufus does not appear in any Fallout game. He was supposed to appear in Fallout, but was cut from the final game.
