[Is it safe here?] Well... There's been reports of trouble south, but me and Michelle can handle ourselves. And there's plenty of soldiers about, so that helps.”
Background[edit | edit source]
Samuel Kerr is a talented, active tradesman, who originally set up shop in the town of Primm. Following the NCRCF prison break that practically shut down the I-15 and the convicts' attack on the town itself, Samuel and his daughter, Michelle Kerr, moved north to set up the 188 trading post and benefit from the increased traffic up Highway 95 and the troop movements along Highway 93. They don't look back on Primm times with nostalgia, not by a long shot.
