Ezra, you've outdone yourself. Oh, this is your finest work! There is more emotion in his death than most have in their entire lives!”
Background[edit | edit source]
A famous artist from before the War, Santiago was already unhinged even before his transition into a robobrain and encasing in the robotic shell has not done him exactly many favors. He continued his art passion, painting the world red (or blue, or yellow, or any of the mixture of primary colors), creating demented works of art.
Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]
Interactions overview[edit | edit source]
|This character is involved in quests.|
Quests[edit | edit source]
- Brain Dead: Santiago is one of the suspects, owing to his supply of red paint. He will point the player to Julianna Riggs.
Other interactions[edit | edit source]
- The player can ingratiate themselves with him by using persuasion to pose as a fellow art aficionado. Santiago will ask the player to interpret three paintings. Difficult persuasion checks allow for providing insightful commentary - until the last one. Santiago will reveal that the cat playing with the toy rocket was his best selling piece and made him more money than any other work - especially the serious ones.
