Scott Turner is a character featured in Fallout 76.

Scott W. Turner was the leader of the Free Watoga People's Party.

Turner aimed to give Watoga back to the people and was violently opposed to the government of Watoga. In a letter to his mother, and a letter to then Watogan mayor Thomas H. Molly, he stated that he reprogrammed the chef-bots to pepper-bomb all of the food in the entire city. After this, Turner cracked the Emergency Services protocols in order to "let the revolution begin," causing the robots to start attacking the inhabitants of the city.[1] At the same time, he directed authorization to make the robots stop to his own terminal at the RobCo Research Center, where he worked. He wanted to have his mother live in Watoga after this revolution. However, he did not anticipate the Great War occurring the day after his ‘revolution’ started.

After most of the city died, Scott showed deep remorse for his actions, calling himself "a monster" in letters, as well as recording a holotape with instructions on how to make it so a person could "live" in Watoga without fear of robot attack.
